This hotel is truly exceptional—immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details that make for an unforgettable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and fresh selection each morning, and every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The kids’ club is outstanding, keeping the little ones engaged and happy with fun, well-organized activities. We especially loved the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the lush, resort-like grounds feel like a family adventure through paradise. From the stunning pools to the pristine beach and the array of activities available for all ages, everything exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Guest Relations Manager, Ngo Nhung, whose warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. The entire staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This is the perfect destination for families seeking rest, reconnection, and joy. rooms were noisy, could hear motors and people from other rooms. Beds are hard, expected softer for the expected level of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Beach area is excellent. Drinks and menu are very expensive, did not see the value in their menus. Not sure I would give this hotel a 4 star, more like 3.75 (global standard)

Not adequate for famillies

We reserved a Familly room in one of the Levels Villas. When we got to our room there were two twin beds in the room only despite the room beeing advertised as a familly room for 4. When calling the reception we were offered no solutions. We requested an extra bed and had to pay an extra 75$ a night for the extra portable bed despite having paid a room for 4. We inquiered about upgrading our room to a two bedrooms villa and were told that nothing was available. We looked online and rooms were available on many booking sites.

It is a 5 star resort the Level rooms are so nice, HOWEVER, it's all been refurbished the main infinity pool was a work site and the front restaurant and other buildings were still worksites so it felt abandoned and under construction which was disappointing. The other restaurant and pool were nice. As part of the Level you get free lounge and afternoon tea and cocktails which is a fab touch but I was happy to leave the place after 4 nights. Wouldn't stay again. The staff were super nice and tried really hard to make up for it! honestly stay at the Hyatt instead it's much nicer, or NuWorld near Hoi An because that's the best part of the area. or if desperate check that the Melia isn't still a deserted building site.
