Pros. - Located right at the city center. Plenty of dining/ shopping options and tourist attractions. Rooms were nice and clean. Staffs were very helpful. Cons. - Due to central location can be a little noisy. No A/c, so may be uncomfortable during summer.

Good location but just okay

This was a simple hotel in a good location. We liked that it was close to the plaza. We did not like being awoken by the school’s band next door at 7:30am. Breakfast that was included with the hotel was eaten by 8am and it was supposed to be open until 9am.

Excellent location in the heart of Cusco. The rooms facing the street are very noisy all night. I came at the end of June and the heating in the room is not very good. The staff's attention is very good.

The room was located at the side of the staircase, at the bottom of the staircase was a restaurant which made the area around the room noisy, hot and full of cooking smells. The room had no natural light/ ventilation which coupled with it dark wood roof made it all appear very dark. There was no drink making facilities, no fridge/water provided, no robes. To be honest it was more like hostel accommodation. Its was a shame because the location is excellent but the whole design of the Hotel is something that is very difficult to change.

Amazing staff and great accommodations.

I took my daughters and my niece to the San Pedro and I am so glad I did! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location can’t be beat. We were super close to the Plaza de Armas (trust me, it’s where you want to be) and it made it easy to run to and from our hotel. For those who like hot showers after a busy day, this hotel has great shower pressure and hot water. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Cusco. Now, because you are so close to the plaza de armas, depending on what is going on there, you may hear the activities (such a concerts), but we still loved it, We stayed there June 6-8 2023 and I will book again in the future. PS: if you have to go to Cusco and don’t want to take all your luggage, the front desk will hold it for you if you ask. They (again) we’re amazing and super helpful. ❤️

Pésima experiencia y servicio al cliente

La relación calidad-precio del hotel fue decepcionante. Para iniciar, pedimos al registrarnos hacer un “late check-in” porque nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos indicaron una tarifa, luego al dia siguiente, nos llamaron a las 10 am para pedirnos dejar el hotel, y nuevamente insistieron a las 6pm. A pesar de que se les repitió varias veces que asumiríamos el sobre costo de 35 dólares que nos indicaron. Adicionalmente, la calefacción del hotel no funciona y siempre se ajusta hacia la temperatura mínima, pasamos una noche terrible con muchísimo frío. Luego, el dispensador de papel higiénico estaba roto y el papel en el piso. Sobre la infraestructura, muchas escaleras sin un elevador para discapacitados y el tamaño del baño inferior a la de un hotel de mochileros. No lo recomiendo!!
