Initial room had only a cheap push button lock and internet never worked. 2nd room was improved but I had to connect to another floor's WiFi signal to get any service. Staff unlocked my door and walked into my room without knocking as I was laying on the bed. Stated there was a potential water leak and she thought I "had already left". She was sweet and apologetic but felt this to be a violation of my privacy. Beyond that, other amenities were fine.

Old, dirty, unsafe location

Scary location, we did not feel safe at all. Rooms are old and dirty. No securiity at the door, dark cortidors, no deadbolt on doors. We did not feel safe walking outside. Located quite a distance from Plaza Armas and shopping. Our view was of an abandoned building. Breakfast was a small saucer of eggs and cold coffee. Avoid this hotel !!!
