Nice hotel in Cusco close to San Pedro Market and Plaza de Armas. Lots of hot water for my shower, comfortable bed, and excellent free breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
We loved this hotel, for my 9yo the highlight of hotel was Kiki the Alpaca. Breakfast is great and staff is very attentive and accommodating. They hold our luggage while we went to Machupichu, and also helped us arrange transportation to airport. We also love the live music and happy hour that they do daily at 6:30pm

We stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago and it was great. This time it was terrible. They had no water. They forgot to make our sack lunches and they forgot to call our taxi to the airport for us when they said they would.
The Union Hotel met all my expectations. Sandra and Marilin were very professional and helpful. My airline times changed and they communicated with me several times to make sure my airport pick up would be correct. It is so reassuring to know when you arrive in a city from another county t you will have no transportation issues.
Great location, excellent service. Yulisa at breakfast and Graciela in front desk great hosts. Breakfast choices could improve but in general hotel great location, service, clean.

The court yard was very nice. The buffet for breakfast was okay, could use more options and a side menu for breafast other then the buffet. Brunch would be a geat option as well. The buffet didn't offer a choice for protein bacon, sausage, and beef which would have been awesome. Please put pizza on your menu for room service; this would have been an awesome choice to have. But let me say this, the food is all very fresh and good please don't think we are complaining because we are not... would stay here again for sure. The staff has been so kind and helpful during what turned out to be an incredibly stressful time. Thankams to all who helped us make it through this unforeseen state of emergecy crisis!
Our train from Machu Picchu was 5 hours delayed and had to check in around 1 am. Staff was amazing and very flexible with our times and checkout. Room was great! Hot water! Huge comfy bed!
We had such a great experience here! The staff was really friendly and helpful. We went on the Inka Trial trip and stored our luggage while we were gone. We came back to a super comfortable room with our luggage already in the room. It was perfect. Breakfast is also included and is quite good. Only downside is the check out time (9 am) but that's standard for Cusco, good news is they will store your bags and they have a comfortable lounge area. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, staff seriously goes above and beyond. Loved the room, breakfast, and the hot tub (yeah, it’s a bit cold, but if you ask them to turn up the heat they will!). My only recommendation with this hotel is that we stayed here’s twice, the first time on the 2nd floor which is just a courtyard view, but it was way quieter than the 3rd floor whichever has a nice view of the city, but was a bit noisy.
Met at check-in with coca tea to help with altitude, very nice. Delicious breakfast selections. Hotel is in the old part of the city on a narrow one lane street, so it was noisy but comfortable. Cusco traffic is madcap and horns are used constantly.
