Best location at the center of Plaza de Armas. Staff was very accommodating. A young lady that not on the clock but booked a taxi for us the night prior saw us and helped get our taxi which was a couple minutes late. Enjoyed the included brunch. Most of all, liked the hot shower after a long trek!

The location of this hotel was conveniently close to the main square. The room was very big with comfortable and clean beds. The bathroom was very spacious as well, but the bathtub seemed old due to its yellow tint on the floor and the shower missing a glass door in the back to prevent water from splashing. Other than this, the room and hotel service were great.
