When I first saw the room, I thought it was a little small and not too impressed. But, the bed and sheets were fantastic, the bathroom was extremely nice, the water in the shower had pressure. This is a very nice hotel

( Falta de transparência, constrangimento no check-out e quarto desconfortável). Me hospedei no Intercity Batel por duas diárias com minha esposa e nosso bebê de 8 meses, mas a experiência foi muito prejudicada. Escolhi o hotel pelo Hoteis.com com o pré-requisito de ter estacionamento. Nem nos sites, nem no check-in fomos informados de que o serviço era pago (R$ 40/diária). Para piorar, fizemos o check-out, a recepção fechou a conta e novamente nada foi dito. Quando estávamos saindo de carro, fomos barrados pelo valet cobrando o valor. Como a conta já estava encerrada e ninguém havia nos avisado antes, a abordagem deu a entender que queríamos fugir sem pagar, gerando um constrangimento enorme para nós. Outra divergência foi o carregador elétrico, que o app PlugShare indicava como cortesia, mas tivemos que pagar por fora via aplicativo parceiro. No quarto 411, o odor de amaciante/aromatizante era insuportável, inclusive no armário. Mesmo com a janela aberta, o cheiro persistiu. Preocupados com o bebê, pedimos troca, mas o hotel estava lotado e a outra opção tinha o mesmo problema. Com isso, não dormimos direito e a primeira noite foi perdida. Para completar, a cama tinha desgaste irregular, com um lado excessivamente mole. Como pontos positivos, a equipe é simpática, a localização é ótima, o hotel é bonito e o café da manhã é excelente. Porém, o hotel pecou no essencial: transparência e o descanso da minha família. Não recomendo para quem viaja de carro ou com bebês.

Optei por um quarto classificado como luxo. No entanto, o frigobar fazia muito barulho, com estalos altos que chegaram a me acordar assustado durante a noite. Além disso, o hotel não oferece benefícios como áreas de lazer, e a diferença entre o quarto padrão e o de luxo é mínima. Por outro lado, a equipe de funcionários foi bastante prestativa, o café da manhã é razoável e o ar-condicionado funcionou muito bem, deixando o quarto aquecido em meio ao frio intenso da minha estadia.
