O café da manhã era muito pobre. Chegamos por volta 09h30min (encerrava às 10h) e havia poquíssimas coisas. Não foi feita reposição de nada... O estacionamento fica ao lado do prédio do hotel, possuindo menos vagas que a quantidade de carros, uns trancando os outros. A pior parte é a porta do estacionamento ficar fechada e sem possibilidade de contato com a recepção. Tínhamos compromisso marcado e tivemos que ficar uns 20 minutos esperando até que alguém abrisse a porta para podermos sair. Esse sistema tem tem que ser revisto. O elevador ficou travado conosco dentro, com criança junto. Tivemos que manter a calma e apertar em outros andares até que funcionasse de novo. Depois disso passamos a usar só a escada. A parte de higiene estava bem feita, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, chuveiro bom. Atrás do hotel fica o Mercado Público de Curitiba, um lugar bem interessante pra conhecer e fazer compras.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e aceita animais de estimação. A decoração dos quartos é moderna e os móveis são novos. A internet funciona bem. Os lençois são bem macios e a roupa de cama é quente. Os travesseiros são muito finos e o chuveiro não esquentou muito no meu quarto, mas como fiquei apenas uma noite não deu tempo de comentar com a recepção e pedir que arrumassem.

No anúncio do hotel fala sobre ter estacionamento, mas não há nenhum aviso sobre esse estacionamento ser cobrado à parte, só soubemos disso na recepção na hora do check-in. O hotel é bom, mas precisa de cuidados, o colchão da cama de casal estava bem ruim, as cortinas cheiravam a poeira… no mais tudo ok com o hotel, a localização é ótima, pra quem vai precisar a rodoviária ou fazer passeio de trem, recomendo muito.

Atende ao que se propõe

Dentro do esperado, apenas o quarto estava com um pouco de poeira e com cheiro de fechado quando chegamos, mas deixando a janela aberta o dia todo está sensação foi melhorando um pouco. A água do banho não esquentou totalmente durante um banho, explicado pela recepção devido ao horário de pico no hotel, mas nas demais ocasiões funcionou normalmente. O quarto consta como a prova de som, porém por localizar-se na beira de uma avenida principal e em frente a rodoviária, o movimento é intenso e possível de ouvir o trem em alguns momentos do dia.

Atendimento precário , preço alto para o tipo de acomodações oferecidas , apartamento luxo completamente abaixo do padrão , cortinas claríssimas sem blackout, tem escrivaninha sem cadeira , tive que pedir , e o café da manhã em pleno sábado servido por uma só funcionários e as opções péssimas . Não recomendo salvo absoluta necessidade de não dormir na rua e seja ele o último hotel da cidade .
