Staff courteous and accommodating of your needs. Good cleaning standards. Very good breakfast. The only issue was the recurring loud chatter of some noisy people(apparently male sex workers) on the adjacent public road, just under my window, at around 4:30am. However, I don't think the Hotel can be blamed for that... Nice place, convenient location with excellent parking, great value for money.

Pontos negativos: TV muito antiga, de tubo, sistema é lento demais ao ligar; quarto muito barulhento com o trânsito da avenida ao lado, com ventilador e sem ar condicionado; cortina pequena demais, simples e não blackout como prometida no site; janelas antigas, tipo basculante, de manuseio difícil e nada isolantes do barulho externo; sistema antigo de chaves, no qual o hóspede deve deixar a chave na recepção a cada vez que sai do hotel; elevador apenas do térreo para o 1º piso e muitas escadas. Pontos positivos: equipe da recepção é gentil e colaborativa (mas você precisa pedir para lhe ajudarem com malas pesadas); troca de toalhas, limpeza e arrumação dos quartos diariamente; café da manhã bem variado e de boa qualidade; preço da hospedagem acessível e bem justo ao que é oferecido; boa localização com acesso à um supermercado de alto padrão ao lado.

O quarto e a hospitalidade de todos foram muito bons. Entretanto, o quarto faltava tomadas de fácil acesso, a trinca da porta estava um pouco solta, as portas do armário e do espelho do banheiro um pouco soltas. .
