Sempre me hospedo neste hotel. Isso a 3 anos, 3 vezes por ano. Eu amo tudo aqui. A localização é excelente e o atendimento sempre primordial. Amo.o café da manhã. E o estacionamento, apesar de ser pago a parte, tem.manobrista que leva e traz o carro.

Bem abaixo do esperado. Diz que tem acessibilidade, mas no banheiro não entra uma cadeira de rodas. Fala que tem estacionamento, mas não diz que é longe e que o manobrista demora meia-hora para trazer o carro até o hotel. O sistema deles é bem ruim, queriam cobrar algo que já tinha sido pago, tivemos que mostrar o comprovante do cartão.

O atendimento da equipe foi bom. Os funcionários foram educados, atenciosos e proativos. Porém, infelizmente, a estrutura do hotel foi muito decepcionante. O quarto estava em condições ruins: sem ferro, sem água quente, cama quebrada, porta danificada, ar-condicionado com problema, TV que não ligava e telefone estragado. Sumiu roupa A experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado e, sinceramente, a estrutura do hotel deixou muito a desejar.
