This particular establishment was the best Hotel by far. My family and I was in town for a wedding. We chose this place for the amenities. Although, everything was up to par food was good. Staffing was nice. The building was extremely clean. If I can have any drawbacks was the gym was a bit small but I had it to myself so I didn’t mind it. 10 stars
We stayed here for a quick overnight on our way north and it was reasonably priced and very clean. We had little interaction with the staff but all were pleasant.
The breakfast was amazing - bacon, biscuits and gravy, and delicious cinnamon rolls. The room itself wasn't as clean as i would like, but it was satisfactory. The staff were very pleasant .

Location of this property is great and staff is amazing and very helpful. Only negative was our room had an odor, was either someone with body odor or a smoker.

Ended up in a handicap accessible room (we are not handicapped), but there was a door to the adjoining room that transferred all the noise from that room. The family staying there would be speaking at normal volume, but it sounded like they were in our room at 6am. This woke us up two days in a row on our vacation. I requested to be moved to another room, but the staff said that we could not since we booked through a third party and there were no rooms available. Additionally the handicap accessible shower was a bit of a pain to use and the water got everywhere.

This hotel is undergoing renovation. The newly renovated rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed for business or pleasure travelers--ample electrical plugs and USB ports, direct and indirect lighting, safe, a nice large flatscreen TV, the usual coffee station and fridge along with a microwave. The bed was super comfortable, and the free breakfast had lots of options. If there was one complaint, it was that I had to run the shower a looooong time to get hot water. No big deal, really. Staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. If I return to Culpeper I'll stay there again!
