With 1 bedroom and 1.75 bathrooms, this cozy getaway comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Conveniently located, our home offers easy access to nearby attractions, close to wineries, breweries, hiking, and stocked trout streams. Whether you're looking to explore the natural beauty of the area or simply relax and enjoy the amenities, our retreat is the perfect home base for your next vacation.

- The upstairs loft features a cozy full-size bed, while the living room offers a comfortable full-size pull-out couch. Additionally, there's a twin-size pull-out bed conveniently located near the dining room.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s shed) via keypad entry.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on a scenic 1.2-acre lot, this property is adjacent to the charming village of Etlan, Virginia. Just over a mile away, the eastern foothills of Old Rag Mountain rise beyond a picturesque meadow, offering breathtaking views. You’ll be surrounded by renowned local attractions: Blue Quartz, and Sharp Rock vineyards, and Graves Lodge are all within 5 miles, but are currently closed for the season. For outdoor enthusiasts, the White Oak Falls trail lies 8 miles from your door, and the famed Luray Caverns are a mere 35-minute drive. Known by locals as “God’s Country,” Etlan is located in Madison County, home to Old Rag Mountain, ranked among the top 25 hikes in the world!

For a taste of local flavor, check out Mad Pepper Café, Pig N’ Steak, Off the Grid, Rappahannock Pizza Kitchen, and the renowned Bavarian Chef. Michie Tavern, located near Monticello, is another beloved favorite. Right across the street in Etlan, you'll find The Little Country Store, which offers everyday essentials, mouthwatering BBQ & special seafood events.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
