Es un lugar rústico, muy bonito y con un trato muy cálido por parte del personal. Nada que ver con grandes cadenas de hoteles transnacionales. Había visto en los comentarios que le faltaba remodelación, no lo creo. En el hotel se vive la experiencia de Cuernavaca. Se agradece infinitamente que tenga cocina ya que somos intolerantes al gluten y esto nos permitió preparar nuestros alimentos. Otra cosa que se agradece muchisimo es que es un hotel pet friendly.

A very tired hotel, bordering on exhausted. Ridiculously expensive for the poor standard. The bathroom was appalling with the shower a mere trickle and it took a full 6 minutes to get hot. Internet was intermittent at best. We left two nights early it was so bad! Avoid.

estancia muy tranquila

hotel muy acogedor y con muy buena atención, tiene alberca y una zona exterior bonita para estar tranquilo y desconectar. nuestra habitación tenia una pequeña terraza. La estancia fue muy tranquila y no se oia ruido. Lo que recomendaria es hablar a la propiedad antes si vas con auto para que te expliquen dónde llegar, ya que al estacionamiento se entra por la parte de atras del hotel

El personal de verdad se esmera porque tu experiencia sea muy agradable, todos fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotros. Tal vez algunas instalaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento pero en general es un lugar muy acogedor para relajarse.
