Everything is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast is very satisfying. Only drawback is the noisy wood floors make it hard to quietly walk around at night, but not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was excellent: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for every taste. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. What a beautiful hotel! I felt like i was in Italy, yet right outside was Ecuadorian chocolate and coffee. And everything else. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It is on a VERY busy street, so i would not want to be driving there, and ther room I was in was next to the reception area, so it was noisy. Ask for a room farther away if noise bothers you.
