This house was very nice. Everything was in good working condition. This is a very nice place. It's in a beautuful park. It has all the emenities that are listed. We had enough so we could preare meals. Beautuful scenery, pool and hot tub. Very strict rules for the park, so perhaps not appropriate for a busy family with young children. Also, there was a registration fee, that I did not see when I booked the reservation.

The property was very nice and clean. Everything needed to enjoy the area. A very safe area. A note to remember that there is a "parking Fee" at the security before they let you into the park. There are stairs leading onto the deck area for entrance to the Chalet.

We arrived a day earlier than planned and werr able to reach out and add the extra night easily. The owner was very responsive and had no issues. The house was clean and had everything needed.

Small but nice

The space was small, but It was nice. The bed was comfortable and we had a wonderful sitting area outside and up on the deck. There is an amenities fee at this location from the host park, not VRBO or the property owner. But, as a result, we were able to swim, play bocce and ride bikes in the community, which was very enjoyable. All in all a nice location.

Choose to stay here to visit Key West

This is a good place if you plan to stay in the community and use the facilities. If only sleeping there it would not be worth it because of the community surcharge of 125.00 at check-in (credit card surcharge). It was clean, host was very responsive.There were 2 of us. One took the bedroom, the other had a sleeping bag and pillow and slept on the couch without pulling it out into the bed. It was still comfortable.

Cozy and Relaxing

A great home base for a wonderful stay in the Keys. The home was as advertised, clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Our host was very accommodating and had some great suggestions. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect for a couple!

We were very happy with our stay at this property! It was perfect for a couple! A lot of the properties I looked at were two bedrooms and much more expensive. I was happy to find this one. The gated community was awesome and friendly. The communication with the manager was prompt and helpful. I read some of the reviews complaining about all the "rules". We had ZERO problems with all the rules in the Venture Out Community. It was so quiet and everyone was friendly. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again. Thank you for such a great time at the Keys!

Relaxing Fun in the Sun

The house was clean and cozy when we arrived. The bed was so comfortable that we noted the manufacturer before leaving. The washer and dryer in the house were very convenient. The property manager responded quickly to our two requests upon arrival. The community pickle ball group was very welcoming and fun. We enjoyed the community pool and the central location in the lower keys.
