**A $120 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1-Pets must remain on leash when outdoors. They are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please bag all pet waste prior to putting in trash bin.
2-Please don`t use the hot tub if you have had a spray tan in the past 3 weeks.
3-After hot tub use please ensure the lid is secured back on the hot tub.
