Located on our beloved Boardwalk, Here Comes The Sun is a charming home perfect for family gatherings!

Abundant windows allow natural light to flow throughout the home with an open, airy feeling from the main living floor to the upstairs bedrooms.

On the first floor, you will find an open space concept fully equipped kitchen with additional seating at the island, a charming dining area, and cozy living space. The ground floor is also where the bunk room is located, with 4 twin beds bunked and a full private bath, it’s the perfect home for two families to vacation together! Bonus: The living room couch features a pull-out queen bed! Unwind after a long day at the lake with a glass of lemonade on the front porch rocking chairs!

On the second floor, you will find light and airy décor in both the king bedrooms! The two king bedrooms share a full guest bath.

Carlton Landing and Here Comes The Sun were fantastic - beyond our expectations! The Wi-Fi was not working the first night of our stay, but the property management responded immediately and took care of it as quickly as possible. We were impressed with their prompt response and communication. The house was very clean and comfortable and our multi-generational family getaway was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

We loved Carlton Landing! This house was a great location - easy walk to everything. Clean and fit two families with four young children perfectly. The kids loved being able to play in the courtyard across the street as well. The only issue was the upstairs toilet was broken. We called the property manager and they told us they would send someone - but it wasn't during the 48 hours we were there. Not having a working toilet upstairs (where all four adults stayed) was somewhat annoying but we made it work.

Great kick off to senior year

We celebrated the girls kick if to senior year of high school. The house was perfect and we had a blast. The kitchen area is great for a large group. The only challenge we had was getting our rented golf cart close enough to the house to charge with the cord that was provided by the golf cart company. A tiny tiny little tree made it an event but we managed.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had perfect mornings drinking coffee and rocking on the front porch. The community was quite. We used the pool and hot tub each day. We stayed during the week so the restaurants were closed but the house location was perfect and several very nice restaurants were close.
