The staff here is fantastic! My husband stayed here to handle his brother’s final arrangements, the staff allowed us to switch our room and change dates without any fuss. Would highly recommend!

My son had a fishing tournament on the lake. This was our best option to stay within a 50 mile radius. Hotel staff was super nice - hotel was clean but could use an update on towels mostly. They were obviously used up! There was a bad episode that happened at 2am in the parking lot with some theft of items from the fishing boats that were in the lot. Cops were called but we were told that you are at your own risk in the parking lot! We were also told at that time this isn’t the first time that it has happened. Not a good reputation for Lake Eufaula if they cannot keep our fishermen and their equipment safe. There was a lot of talk about guys not coming back to fish tournaments there. We have a lot of good tourism and opportunities for fishing in Oklahoma, but it has to be respected and protected!

My wife had booked this hotel as she usually does for a fishing trip using a third-party site. Now the room was fully paid for through the third-party site, but when I arrive, they told me that I needed to have the credit card that I booked with if not, they were gonna charge me on my card the amount of the hotel. I’ve never had this happen before and mind you I didn’t book in until after 3 AM because I’m a truck driver coming from Arkansas, so I was already tired and frustrated. It took us over an hour arguing back-and-forth with the guy at the counter about him not charging me anything because it was already paid for so no I will never do business with this hotel again

We stay here several times throughout the year. Always feel welcome and the staff are all very accommodating. Most of the times our rooms are comfortable and clean. Quiet, for the most part. Very roomy and don’t feel crowded. The only thing that needs attention is the furniture, particularly the chairs. Several rooms have very old, unsanitary looking chairs and literally filthy. Need to update the furniture. (Bedding is usually very clean)

Very clean. Everyone is nice. My kids were bummed the pool was out of order. We had to stay last minute and paid a little more for this place rather than the other so they could swim. Other than that, it’s been great.
