Very pleased with ease of finding property and getting back to the interstate. Very quiet room. Breakfast was a surprise with plenty of fresh eggs and fruit.
The in-room safe didn't work, the bathroom door was difficult to close without slamming it, the bathroom smelled like some was cooking in the room below, no shampoo provided, and there was a large stain on the carpet at the entryway to door in hallway.
Liked the contemporary furniture and the overall cleanliness of the building.

I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Harriman several times, and it's always a great stay. A very nice, clean, comfortable place for a nice price. I stayed at a different hotel in Jackson before coming to Harriman, and I payed a LOT more money for a room that was not any nicer than the one I stayed in at the Holiday Inn Express. It's a great value.
My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express and we loved it. The room was large and comfortable and the bath was great. The shower is usually where I have complaints but this one was perfect. The shower head spray was wonderful and there was plenty of hot water and room to move around. Most hotel showers are so narrow I hit my elbows on the walls-not this one. I would recommend the hotel to everyone that wants a nice hotel for a good price. Will definitely stay here again.
