The Maids Head Hotel

Beautiful, historic hotel in the center of Norwich

We were vacationing and visiting with local friends for a six-night stay for a first visit to Norwich. We felt very fortunate to have chosen the Maid's Head Hotel for its location, service, and comfort.

Beechwood Hotel

Ideal location

We were met and greeted by the friendly team as soon as we pulled into the car park. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved everything! from the attentive staff, excellent food, beautiful hotel and grounds. One minutes walk into town... We can't wait to go back.

Central Hotel

Central Hotel Lives up to It's Name

The hotel is very close to most everything you would want to see in Norwich. A lovely street, across from the river. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I received an email the day I left, letting me know I had left something behind, great service.I felt the room was very good value for the money paid, and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Norwich.

Holiday Inn Express Norwich

Solid and reliable

Here's a few things to be aware of when staying at this hotel. Some are just my pet peeves, others may be more important. You be the judge. 1) Free transport to and from airport or train station is only when you arrive or depart - they won't take you there any other time. That was annoying when I needed to get to and from the airport to pick up and return a rental car, but arrived and departed by train. 2) Breakfast is good with lots of choices. 3) Parking can be a problem because it shares a carpark with a health club and ice hockey rink - there are often lots of visitors to these places. 4) They only provide hand and bath towels - no washcloths. Strange if you're from the U.S., but maybe not if you're from Europe or the U.K.
