I am very disappointed in Orbitz. This is a pokey, seedy place in the middle of nowhere! Completely misrepresented as being very close to Gatwick Airport. It is a 19 pound taxi ride. That is the only way to get to it. NOTHING WORKS! The TV, the sink the window shades - all are not working properly. There is no breakfast etc. Awful. I am going to use other sites - not Orbitz. a nice hotel to rest our heads arriving on a late flight from Gatwick. a great value and spacious and clean and warm. downside: a bit out of the way; especially at night driving there on a unlit road that contained many many potholes.
