4/5 Good

"When I checked in to the hotel around 3 pm the clerk at the desk told me that they where almost done cleaning our room and I would have to wait 15 minutes or so. I was fine with that and stepped of to the side. Then I watched several other customers come in and he checked every one of them in. He left and another desk clerk started to check more costumers as they came in . I finally got in line again and the clerk checked me in. The first clerk NEVER told his relief that he had me waiting. Please tell your staff to get it together when they have people wait for a room. By the way he did the same thing to someone else that I did not even know about until I had a conversation with the man in the elevator."
