Only downside was the elevator for the parking garage was out-of-service. The parking area in front of the hotel is interesting, as well. Staff was great.

Worst service ever! I was there at 8 pm and they didnot have my room ready. They didnot have any double queen bedrooms available as there was no housekeeping service to clean it. I was without a room until 11 pm, after which I had to get a king room and fit 4 adults as the rooms were not available. The manager refused to peovide 2 king rooms or refund for the rooms. Horrible manager and staff had no support either

Not a great experience here. Rooms were old, dirty and the AC was noisy. The hotel needs alot of TLC. Breakfast isn't included although i remember booking it because expedia had it list as breakfast included. 1 night was all we stayed before heading out.

The suite we booked was huge, much larger than we were expecting! The room was clean & spacious, although it had an odd, musty smell upon entering the room that dispelled rather quickly, so it didn't distract from the enjoyment of the room. The bed was comfortable & the blackout curtains were amazing! The location of the hotel is sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. I would not go out at night alone though, just as a precaution. The staff was nice & courteous. There is no breakfast provided, but they do have coffee & water in the lobby.

Everything went well with our stay. No issues to report, but as they said, ensure your car is locked because when I did go to my vehicle, there was a person just roaming around the vehicles on the property.

Hotel needed updating/remodel. Wasn’t crazy about the view. AC on our floor hallway (8th) was not great but the room AC was fine and the lobby was like a walk-in refrigerator. Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Courtyard Marriott in Coviington, Ky. The customer service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the parking garage was very convenient and free of charge.
