"We had some challenges on our first night due a/c not working and changed rooms to a smaller room that had been previously been occupied with a pet which really bothered my allergies. We had a really bad first night but upon speaking with manager he said that he will take care of it and move us to another room of his choosing. We spent the next 3 nights in a much better room. This really made a huge difference in our trip and showed that this hotel takes care of their customers. "
