There were a number of positives and negatives about this particular VRBO.Positives:- good size for 1-2 people- lovely layout- 20 minute easy drive to Sedona with little traffic- great communication from the host- ALEXA speaker in the bathroom that played music - single unit air conditioning, easy to get the room to a decent temperature- adorable fireplace that has mood lighting Negatives:- needed a deeper cleaning, quite dusty and the TV/fireplace had handprints all over them, there was also someone else's leftovers in the refrigerator- needs some TLC, there were a few holes in the walls that needed to the patched and the large bathroom towel rack was damaged and broken off the wall- lots of bugs, there is a large crack between the front door and the wall that they probably get through- the wall between the neighbors is super thin, you can hear EVERYTHING, my last night there the neighbors were up until 5am playing loud music and talking loudly, in the morning there were alcohol bottles all over the porch, I didn't really feel safe there, especially as a single female
