While beautiful from a decoration perspective, our room continually wasn’t cleaned well. From floors not cleaned to glasses not being switched out or new glasses being provided that were always dirty. The beds were also the hardest brick like mattress I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel however the location is fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience. Our stay was very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to help us. Paula in particular was very kind and helpful. She is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!
