A good hotel for families traveling to the Rock oh Gibraltar

Friendly staffs, good location and tasty breakfast

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel and I was right. Even so, it was still disappointing. The bathroom floor flooded everytime we took a shower and there was clearly mold all across the ceiling above the shower. The air conditioner barely worked, it seemed just to move air around than actually cool the room. The room had a certain smell to it everytime we walked in. The dinner buffet did not have much selection, and what selection it did have, did not look appetizing. Breakfast buffet was better, both in terms of food taste/quality and items available. The Wifi did not work at all in our room. We had to go out to the beginning of the hallway or down into the lobby to access the Wifi. The only bright spot of this hotel is that the staff are quite friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days and the front desk staff and restaurant staff were always friendly with us. Special shout out to the omelette cook during breakfast who takes care to make your omelette how you want it and always with a smile on her face. :)

The hotel was located very close to Gibraltar. We could leave our car at the hotel parking and walk to Gibraltar. The room was very spacious (it was a large suite), clean and view of the Rock & water was fantastic. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was very good, too.

Perfect place for when you have to cross the line to Gibraltar. Room was clean and in good condition.

This is a large hotel in a busy city. Ahah we arrived there were 4 people in line for a very long wait to check in. The room itself is fine, but smells terribly of the sewer. Staff were 50% super rude and 50% nice.

We found the hotel to be very comfortable and conveniently located. The staff were obliging with some of our extra requests. For example, they stored some luggage for us and were good with advice about tours.

12 dream days, weather nice, breakfast ok,awesome view

I rarely not recommend a hotel. This should speak volumes. Location is excellent. 10 minute walk to the Gibraltar border. Breakfast was extensive. Sadly, that's all that was good. Check-in took 30 minutes but I will allow for the fact that we came early and they found available rooms for an early check in. Room was dated. There was some sticky stuff on the wall. Seemed like they painted over some water damage (poorly). Asked but never received items from room attendant. On the last night our AC died. Did not make a fuss as it was while we were about to sleep and we were exhausted. Pool hours are also useless: 0900-1900. Two words: stay away. Get a hotel further away. Take a taxi to the border or park In the marina lot and walk to Gibraltar from there.

This was a great NEW hotel, almost seemed out of place in La Linea. There was a nice buffet breakfast, and an evening buffet special for $10pp. (many great options, but no labels). The staff was helpful, nice swimming pool. This was easy walking to Gibralter. Would definitely stay there again.
