I arrive for long weekend at the end of June. The stuff is very nice and polite. Reception stuff very profetional . The room had a lot of maintain problems that i must say the stuff fix in a short time but still there was to much of them. The housekeeping was terrible. ! Facilities was very bed . Very small pool. The gym of the hotel is probebly the worst that exist. Theres Nothing there. No doumbels no machines .no Weights Nothing ! Cleaning was not good at all and no soups given at all . Only at the entrance. Empty Soups and dirt at the shawer stay there until the last day. Hotels Doors made a lot of noise every time that Somone at the floor open/ close them. I must say Breakfast was very good nice and clean . Hotel spa was great. Bar service was good . I really hope they improve the other things . Regards
I booked 6 nighys via booking of this hotel. Be sure that booking pictures not in line with the reallity. 4*hotel has a room in hostel type without trush bin, one electrich plug in whole room. I directly wwnt to reception tied to change room but no possibility hotel is full and cancel is full over 500 eur I paid for this hotel. Pool and ither thing are ok but srandard room is really terrible.
We were here two years ago and returned because we were so pleased with it, especially my older parents. Despite some problems over rooms with pool views which we had booked a year in advance, the problem was sorted out promptly and to our satisfaction. A sign of good establishment is how they react and deal with problems and the manager sorted thing out. The staff were excellent, good humoured and friendly. The rooms and all the facilites spotlessly clean. The food was brilliant and what's more properly hot, difficult to do well when dealing with buffet food. The position of the hotel in old part of town gives it easy access to the beach, bus station and shopping. There was some difficulty with groups of older men and women in their forties who had no regard for other guests, being noisy boisterous and drinking far too much. Again on approaching management the problem was dealt with in as much as is possible. Otherwise the hotel was lovely and peacful, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Oh and the wifi is really good a massive improvement on 2 years ago.
Stayed here with a friend over a long weekend and the hotel was great! Very clean, set out very well and staff friendly and helpful. 10 min walk from beach and front with lots of bars and bakeries outside. Would stay again
Me and some friends went to this hotel for a 5 day break. The hotel was amazing and the staff were very attentive and polite. The food was gorgeous and had a very wide range for all country food types. The spa was awesome and would recommend the use of the facilities. Would recommend this beautiful hotel all the way!
We stayed here on a 4 day break 20-24th May & were delighted to have gotten the all inclusive deal here. I had emailed them the week before to request a pool view on a high floor if possible as other reviewers had said the 4th floor upwards (there are only 6 floors) were bigger & seemed to be better. They managed to give us a pool view with room 321 but as the hotel was fully booked, they couldn't do anything more. Room was fine tho, very clean & towels changed every day. Pool areas were beautiful even tho the main pool wasn't heated, it was a welcome way to cool down as was 31 degrees on our last day. Food was very good & waiting staff were excellent. Couldn't fault it really, if going, making any effort to speak some Spanish was greatly appreciated. No entertainment at night but tbh, none was needed.
We arrived early afternoon 18/5/17 decided we would sit by the pool until it was time for dinner, my daughter went into the shower where there was no shower curtain no nonslip tiles and the water ran into the bedroom and the corridor of the hotel, my sister then came in from the pool didn't notice the water and fell , really hurting herself, I went to reception and asked for a manager they started talking about a dr I never asked for a doctor only a manager, they sent a doctor and then had the cheek to ask for €90 for this privilege , well they didn't get it, still no manager arrived, my sister then had to go home next day with a black eye , & 2 broken ribs and a very painful wrist. Hotel was very clean although 2 items went missing from our room , my brand new bra & my daughters kimono/ cover up, I asked at reception but they know nothing. So lock away everything they have a thief in there staff, food was awful although drinks were very good. Our room had a fridge which didn't work and only had 1 plug socket. I wouldn't go back to this hotel and I certainly will not be unpacking my case ever again but just padlocking it closed .
We got a fab deal All Inclusive for 3 nights and due to some bad reviews we didn't have high hopes and were willing to go out for meals. As it turns out the hotel was very good. It is clean, in a good state of repair with pleasant staff. Food was good - always something for everyone (with a lot of seafood.). AI drinks were decent - nice Cava Rosado and San Miguel on draft. Only 3 Cocktails on AI were available. Any others were at extra cost. Large groups of German youths were staying here and would come back at all hours during the night (room doors cannot be shut quietly!) Pool areas were nice but pools were freezing. Sun is not available all day long to heat them. All things considered I would be happy to return for another short break.
We have now visited this hotel as a group of friends for the third time. The staff are always helpful. Ely always tries to make sure we can sit together in the restaurant, there were 14 of us this time; and there is plenty of choice at all mealtimes. Emilio, Andreea and Sara in the bar also made sure our glasses were not empty for too long. The hotel is situated about a 5/10 minute walk from the beach, although this normally took us much longer as there were lots of shops to peruse. Our weekend was made all the more pleasant as the weather was wonderful, hardly a cloud in the sky and very warm. We are already talking about a return visit next year. Thanks again to all the staff.
Great hotel for the price. We were AI and it was one if not the best we have experienced. The drinks were plentiful and in proper glasses, no limit to the amount you could order, excellent cocktails made fresh in front of you as you waited and the food was awesome too with a large different selection to choose from every day. Great location too, if I had to pick one negative is would e that the AI is only available until 11pm otherwise amazing all round.
