Lovely house with private pool and sea views located in a quiet residential area only 3km from the beautiful beach of Canyelles, 5km from the centre of Lloret del Mar and 7km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Villa Palmeras is a house divided into two apartments with separate entrances. The house has a maximum capacity of 10 people. Outdoor space with private pool (7 x 3,5m) and stunning views of the sea and mountains, built in barbecue and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals, as well as a relaxing space where you can enjoy the views. The ground floor flat consists of a living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, oven, coffeemaker), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The apartment on the floor above consists of a large living room with TV and fireplace, opening on to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, Nespresso machine), 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite), 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Free Wifi.

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. La vue de la maison est très belle mais il n'y a que ça. On a eu très froid dans la maison, aucun systeme de chauffage (ni de climatisation d'ailleurs) alors que le bas de la maison ne voit pas le soleil.

Superbe séjour dans cette magnifique propriété ! Deux appartements qui laissent de l'intimité a tous, extérieur très bien aménagé et vue à couper le souffle au bord de la piscine sécurisée. Gestion par l'agence et le concierge parfaite. Petit bémol pour la literie de l'appartement du bas qui mériterait un renouveau. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! Un grand merci !
