Les personnel est incroyablement gentil et ultra serviable. La chambre était très propre. Le point negatif c'est que c'est situé a un endroit très bruyant, aussi nous avons eu des voisins de chambre très bruyant et ça faisait la fête tres tard avec de la musique forte et tout s'entend puisque l'isolation sonore est très médiocre entre les chambres.

Petit séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Caleta. Une équipe au top! La qualité de l'accueil, d'être au petit soin pour ses clients, on adore !!! Et puis il y a Joseph, une personne exceptionnelle qui saura vous ravir de son expérience dans son métier. Une équipe humaine, bienveillante, tout ce que nous recherchons ! 😉. L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé. Si je reviens à Lloret de Mar, je choisirai l'hôtel Caleta sans aucune hésitation ! Merci à toute l'équipe !!! Nelly.
