Villa Majestic is a fantastic two-storey villa located in the peaceful Riviera residential area, just 3.5 km from the famous Cala Canyelles beach. This villa, ideal for 8 people, features 4 bedrooms — 1 with a double bed and 3 with single beds — a private pool, a spacious outdoor garden, stunning sea views, and a cozy relaxation area with direct access from the living room. The property is spread over two floors connected by an interior staircase. The private 32 m² pool is located at the back of the house and can be accessed via an exterior staircase. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a barbecue. It’s the most special corner of the house, offering breathtaking sea views and excellent privacy. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the town center, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Lloret de Mar, located in the southern part of the Costa Brava, 60 km from Barcelona, has a municipal area of 47 km² and five main beaches that together span 7 km of coastline. The beaches have been awarded the EU Blue Flag, guaranteeing high quality in water, sand, and services. Lloret is renowned for its vast number of sports facilities and its diverse commercial, gastronomic, and leisure offerings, making it one of the most complete tourist destinations in the country.
