This waterfront town home is located on a large canal with two boat slips available. Enjoy beautiful water views and fish the underwater lights off the back deck at night. Condo is positioned to where you get the afternoon shade and there is always a constant and cool breeze. There is a boat launch right down the street from the condo. Condo is located two blocks from the beach, and near Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The Intracoastal Waterway a short 5 minute boat ride through the canal system. There is a fish cleaning station located next to boat slips.

This 2 story condo features a kitchen, dining room open to living room, laundry room and half bath located downstairs. Kitchen has 2 full sets of dishes, cooking and eating utensils and serve/bakeware as well as coffee pot and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom with has a private bathroom and king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed, and daybed with trundle and access to hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's with access to cable and wireless internet.

Living room has view to outside where there is a large deck with lounge chairs, table and chairs, fishing pier with underwater green light and boat slip. Come and enjoy island time and relax on the large deck with your favorite drink overlooking water/canal.

NOTE: Garage access is not included in the rental. We do have a storage box located on the back deck.
