Great location! Across the street from the beach, and Salty Dolphin bar is basically in the same parking lot. Unit was very clean, a little dated but had everything you need. Office people were very friendly and helpful. Other guests were friendly. Great beach vibe!

Needs some serious love but close to the beach

A quick walk to the beach, in a good location. The pool was well maintained and a good size for the property. But many factors contributed to the lower rating. The two beds beds seemed smaller than queens (Full size). The screen door was broken, and both of us tripped over the threshold. Since the screen is missing, it's easy to think you're exiting a door, but forget the screen door isn't there and experience a painful stubbed toe/foot situation. The freezer did not actually freeze, the ice cream melted in the freezer. The baseboards were dirty, the property is getting older, and it clearly needs some love. We also had a black stain on one of the pillows. The kitchen had minimal pots and pans, and was so chaotically organized. The extra bathroom was necessary, but the shower stall was TINY. Overall, I'd rent again, but felt the price was a bit high for the accommodations even though it's on the beach. Games, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, et cetera would have been thoughtful, but the place feels like it's rented out too frequently for those little touches. Like they say that shampoo/condition is provided, but it's mystery blue body wash. (Which was almost empty when we arrived.)
