Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing... --This unit also has a private balcony off one master bedroom suite... Fabulous perks in a brand new, one-of-kind property.
EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 2400sf unit with all the bells and whistles. Two identical 1200sf units connected by a private entryway, sharing the entire UPPER floor, porch and deck of the Pigeon House.
