Los pisos de madera dura de color Driftwood crean el ambiente playero para los interiores luminosos y espaciosos que cuentan con paredes blancas y limpias con detalles en tonos marinos, corales y azules acuosos.
El plano de planta estilo escopeta permite que el acogedor estudio fluya hacia un área de comedor y hacia la cocina completamente blanca con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Una isla funcional con asientos de taburete de ratán ofrece lugares para tomar el desayuno y visitar al cocinero.
En la sala de estar principal, un sofá gris azulado da a una ventana flanqueada por un par de persianas de madera gris azulada con recortes de encaje. Los sillones con estampados florales dan otros lugares para descansar frente a la pantalla plana. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful. It was decorated very nice and had all the amenities you would need. Unfortunately the people above us were very loud and you could hear them walking all throughout the day. Sounded more like stomping (little kids?). Luckily it didn’t last past 9pm or so so it didn’t affect our sleep. It’s located right in the town center so everything was very close (food,etc). Beach was just a short walk. Def recommend renting a golf cart to get around. It’s fun and part of the overall experience. We will be back but probably stay closer to the water away from all the hustle and bustle.

Nicely furnished and very clean. The owners did switch the primary and secondary bedrooms to accommodate a larger bunk room, so the primary bedroom is tight with no dresser for clothes. We had to put our clothes in a basket. I personally would switch the rooms back so that the primary bedroom has more room and the nicer bathroom.

Spring Break 23 at Sit Back & Relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a really great unit! Our second time to stay at CS in a TC condo. The unit is overall in good condition and clean. We love the convenience of the location right across from the town center. Our son was able to see movie night right from the patio if cars/beach carts weren't in the way. Well stocked with dishes/utensils/appliances. Do note that the bedrooms are flipped from what was intended to be the master vs. the secondary. We actually appreciated this as it gave more space for our baby's pack n play in the secondary bedroom.The only real downside was the water pressure and drainage. We could not use the glass enclosed shower in the shared bathroom because the water only trickled out, yet it came out normal in the "master" bathroom with the tub. However in that shower the water took hours to drain so you are taking a shower in ankle deep water. I really wish Cinnamon Shore could get these issues worked out.No fault to the owners of the unit but definitely consider bringing your own Laundry pods. CS property management switched to powder tablets and they do NOT work well in the washer. Luckily I had brought my own tide pods. Also the paper towels fall apart as soon as water hits them and the trash bags are too small for the kitchen trash can. I highly recommend bringing your own of all of those for a more seamless stay. For what you're paying, CS could spend a little more on those items.I would likely talk to CS about the drainage and water issues in this unit before I would book it again.

No Wonder it was the Cheapest on the Block

Reviewer Comments: - The overall layout of the condo was mixed up; the master bedroom had a bathtub and the kids room had the oversized walk-in shower, along with His 'n Her's sinks. You would think that the master bedroom would have the walk-in shower. Oh! And the kids room had a door entry to the patio, so not really a safe thought to have. They need to switch the furniture in the rooms. - The kitchen sink's water pressure was very low- The trash can in the kitchen was wide open; not even a swivel lid, or a step-on cover, or in a cabinet somewhere- just wide open. No one wants to see what we all threw away in the biggest trash can in the condo, or the potential stench. - The tv in the living room was small; it was the same size as the ones in the bedrooms- For the love of God have them change their toilet paper dispenser! My partner had to get a screwdriver from his car to fix them. I just got so frustrated with how flimsy they were I put the toilet paper on the floor. - Suggestion to have carpets near the beds in the rooms. There were no carpets at all. - The dining table and chair combination was too big for the space given. Good thing I've been working out because I had to squat and travel laterally to the end of the table because I couldn't pull out the table because it would've either hit the living room chair or the window or the side table. - I think the person/s who own this particular condo went cheap. The furniture set is at least 10 years old (it's the exact same one I have in my house so I know), and I've stayed in a same 2 bed/2 bath layout adjacent to this one with a bigger tv, with many other better features for the same price. I'll Sit Back, but I won't Come Back to this one. Love Cinnamon Shore, though!

We were on the first floor, and there is very little to muffle noise is someone is staying above. Unfortunately for our last two days there was a small child that constantly ran back and forth across the condo above us. This was very noisy and annoying. We will see you next May!

Fall Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Cinnamon Shore for 6 nights in Sit Back & Relax. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The property is light and bright with nice beach vibe design touches and every amenity one could possibly need. Traveling with my mother made the ability to access the beach using the cool beach cart was priceless. We also rented chairs and umbrellas that made spending time on the beach comfortable and effortless. On one morning, we traveled up to a local beach front restaurant in Port Aransas and enjoyed the rustic beach vibe reminiscent of the good old days. The community has beautiful homes with lovely architectural and landscaping designs. The property is very well cared for, clean and safe. Overall, it could not have been more perfect.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we originally booked “Sit Back and Relax,” we loved that the condo was affordably priced, dog-friendly, and positioned right across from all of the Cinnamon Shore nightlife. But unwittingly, we got what we paid for. The condo itself felt unkept; grainy floors and surfaces (I realize we are at a beach, and sand happens! But it’s another thing when, upon arrival, sand is already everywhere), oily/dirty couches (given that they’re upholstered cloth and it’s a dog-friendly unit, we should have thought of that before booking... but we did not feel like we wanted to “Sit Back and Relax” in them). Furthermore, at bedtime on our first night, we discovered that the top bunk bed wasn't made all the way (the fitted and regular sheets both tucked in on the top side only). We even found kid underwear in the sheets, causing us to wonder if they had gotten washed with the sheets and had accidentally been mixed in with the half-remade bed, or if the sheets were even washed at all. We also found a very used Revlon hairbrush dryer in the bathroom cabinet (appeared to be left behind by a previous tenant and not offered as a condo amenity), a dog collar on the floor, shoes under the primary bed. Overall it felt unkept. While it was fun being in close proximity to the live music and nightlife, it also meant that it was loud in the evenings and that people regularly walk past the unit. Because of this, we had the windows closed most of the time which was a bummer. Consider that if you want natural light during your stay! Overall, Cinnamon Shore is a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed the greater campus property as a whole. Very family-friendly and very well-run.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four enjoyed staying at “Sit Back and Relax”. It was the perfect getaway for the weekend. We loved how close it was to the circle. It was also a nice quick walk to the beach and pools. We tried to rent a golf cart the day after arriving, but unfortunately they only do a 2 day minimum for rentals and by then we only had one more day. Keep that in mind in case you’re wanting to rent a golf cart.

Close to the evening action on the green - movies and music - plus the restaurants. The beach was a short golf cart ride away. Kids had an outstanding time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and was great location. It’s near the main circle, so expect to hear music on the lawn until 10:00 pm. The bunk bed was very wobbly. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and would book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was much smaller than expected and not the most comfortable furniture. Overall it was okay. Great location to central yard. Majority of amenities were canceled when we were there because of the weather.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Cinnamon Shore’s grounds and activities. However, our rental until was disturbingly dirty, especially considering the nightly rate.
