This poolside studio has a private balcony overlooking the tropically landscaped pool area where you can sit and watch a beautiful sunset, and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. With 550 square feet this is a studio condo with a private balcony overlooking the pool area and Corpus Christi Bay. This unit has a King size bed and a Queen size sofa sleeper along with a Flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound to make media entertainment more enjoyable. This unit will accommodate up to 4 people with a fully equipped kitchen and full bath you should have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps away from the front door, you truly get the best of both worlds.

What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi & Cable
Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.
