Enjoy the Kitchen that is well equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals and opens directly into the living room with a 55" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Indulge in the ambiance of the fireplace without heat in the warmer months and turn the heat on in the cooler months. Main bedroom is spacious w/king bed and 50" smart TV. Excellent Place!!!

We absolutely love this condo! It’s conveniently located near the beach, and the private plunge pool is a favorite with our two young kids. This was our second stay, we first visited with friends in 2023 and enjoyed it so much that we couldn’t wait to come back. It’s truly perfect for our family, and we’re already hoping to return again next year!

Great home

Stay was great. The house is beautiful and much larger than we thought. Nice plunge pool in the back for my littles. Did have an issue with ants (it’s super hot out - it happens) and wi-fi and the owner immediately responded and sent someone out. The wifi couldn’t be fixed right away (hurricane coming) but they were able to connect us to the neighboring property. We paid for some cleaner for the ants before she sent someone because we wanted them gone asap and she offered to pay for it. VERY nice people. The home has everything you need, especially in the kitchen to be able to cook meals! You almost don’t need to bring anything extra if you have kids or for the beach because they have kid kitchen items, high chair, pack n play, toys, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, beach/pool towels, etc. We would stay again!

I never received the code to get in. I called, texted the owner and no response. After waiting outside for over an hour and calling multiple numbers i was able to get in. The pool was dirty. Someone eventually came on Saturday..no notice was sent to me that someone was coming..the guy literally opened the door and was about to walk in until i stopped him at the door. He told me he was the pool man and was there to clean it. He stated the pump didnt work and thats why the pool was cloudy. Other then the issues indicated there was no other issues. The house is nice and did also have some kid friendly items.

Beach vacation

The property was exactly as described & pictured. It was very clean and comfortable for our extended family of 7. Communication with the owner, Erica, was great. James, the co-host is only a phone call away, & is very prompt if anything is needed. The townhouse is in a great neighborhood & is a short drive to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
