My room had an odd smell. Sink was extremely clogged but maintenance took care of it right away.

Overall it was nice; however, the people in the next room were so loud. Called the front desk and they took care of it right away.

I liked the cleanliness and the location. The staff was polite. I wish the breakfast bar would’ve been open. Something that I didn’t like was that there were people outside drinking in the parking lot that weren’t even guests at the hotel. That was a bit strange and alarming but other then that, we had an overall very pleasant experience.

Everyone repected there space and no loud ppl. Employees were great. Very nice.

This is a relatively new hotel in a nice location. This place just needs to clean, not just the lobby but the rooms. My room was disgusting the bed was made up with dirty sheets, stains on the comforter and the bed just plain stunk. I know it is very hard to find cleaning labor in this area but you guys have to do better

The stay itself was pleasant, and the hotel is nice. We enjoyed the proximity to Corpus, and the air conditioning worked very well. We checked in on a Tuesday, and stayed in room 202 (which is a King Bed and a pull-out couch/sleeper sofa room). My daughter slept on the pull-out couch. Since the room was cold, we also received blankets from the front desk so that she would be room (her bed was right by the air conditioner). After the first night, we noticed she had a couple red spots on her but didn't think much of it. She showered and went to bed. By Friday, she was COVERED all over her body in red bite marks. We came home and took her to the doctor, and they confirmed they were bed bug bites. I called the hotel on Friday to let them know what we had found. The manager was extremely rude insisting that my daughter got bed bugs from somewhere else (even though she didn't sleep or go anywhere else that the rest of us didn't go - yet she was the only one bitten). I urged her to, at minimum, treat the room. I didn't figure that they would admit to having the bugs any way, but figured they would try to stop others from having this problem. The manager called me back again saying they had a pest control agent come out and they didn't find anything - but yet, where did my daughter get bit by bed bugs then? I raised the concern with corporate, and received another rude call from the hotel insisting they are not infected.

It appears that this is a very new hotel my coffee maker had never been used. The facility was clean, the staff was nice and accommodating, the breakfast was good, and they even had complimentary happy hour beverages. It was less than 5 minutes from the location of my morning activity. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were surprised that the hotel just opened up a few days before we arrived on a Saturday. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed the happy hour (the grand kids were very excited that the popcorn was free). New hotel - electrical plugs in bathroom didn't work - staff was informed & said they really needed to know so they could have taken care of when the electrical crew came in to check everything. The breakfast was a little lacking, they had run out of bacon Saturday morning that they thought would last all weekend. They will learn quickly how much most people eat (especially teenagers). We were there one night for my grand daughter's HS graduation party.
