Roach infested, mold and rust in both the bathroom and room. The door within the room was off the hinges. Sofa bed was broken and rusty with a rundown mattress. Prostitutes hung out in the hallway coming in and out of rooms and I wouldn't have known that was going on if their "Pimp" hadn't approached me. This was the worst experience ever at a hotel. I was outraged and disgusted!!!!

great place to stay if you are on a budget! Clean and breakfast was good too!

Never again. We were supposed to check in at 3:00 P.M. They did not have rooms ready. Couple traveling with us had a handicapped person requiring a 1st floor room to avoid the stairs. This had been promised. Did not have room or elevator. We had to basically carry him upstairs. After check-in late, went to take a shower. No towels except 1 face towel and a wash cloth. Sent someone up with 2 towels. Breakfast, no eggs or potatoes after first group came in. none for about 15 minutes. Not a good first date.

From the Check-in to opening the room door then place smelled of mold. The carpets are dirty, the bed linens has holes and stains. Dead insects in various corners and behind the door. Insect eggs on the floor behind the headboard..just too traumatizing. So afraid to sleep in bed in fear of insect attact. Filthy.

My hotel room was ok, for the price it's not much better than a cheap motel but it seemed a little safer. The rooms were big so that's a plus but the restroom light went out, and the towel rack was falling off the wall. The toilet had to be jiggled to keep it from running. The TV reception terrible, like it was stuck in the 80s. Luckily this was not a vacation so it wasn't bad for being a work trip. Just somewhere to take a shower and sleep.

The location of the property was perfect allowing easy access to the interstate. If you are looking for good basic accommodations at a reasonable price this is a good option.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was great. Location was perfect.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very pleasant. Location was good. Plenty of places to eat in the area.

We stayed in the king size suite. The suite was nice to use. I enjoyed their hot breakfast.

We requested a non-smoking room, but were given a smoking room, and it reeked of smoke. We had to buy fabreeze to stay in the room overnight. The room was pretty well worn too and had some stains on the wall, but it was large and at least comfortable. The staff at check-in was unfriendly. Not rude, just unfriendly. There's a lot of hotels in that area, so we'd go somewhere else next time.

The hotel staff is fine and the location is in a great location. BUT.... the room was horrible. There were stains on the pillow cases and when I went to plug in my phone behind the side table there was what looked like mold. I know Corpus Christi floods in some areas so I am not sure if that was what happened here but I ended up plugging in my phone in the bathroom. Also there was a horrible safety issue, the bolt lock didn't work at all, it would even turn to lock. I was able to use the door latch but that didn't make me feel that safe since I was by myself. I will never go back to this hotel ever and don't recommend anyone else going there.

Horrible stay! Found two roaches in my room, I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel location is great, rooms are priced well. I don't expect much but the room was not cleaned well. The hot breakfast was good, I've seen other restaurants skimp more on items.

This was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. Starting with man at front desk. Labor Day weekend. My husband waited patiently in line, got to front counter, forgot his wallet, came to car parked right in front of door walked back in then had to go to the back of the line again! Hotel outside and inside looks run down, rust on door frames, peeling paint, dirty/dingy grout on bathroom floors, roaches in kitchenette area, big hole in center of comforter, poor t.v. reception. I felt disgusted! I never unpacked. Good thing I travel with my own sheets, pillows, towels, clorox and lysol! I was up at 4am ready to leave. I was to uncomfortable to stay and sleep. Not worth more than $30/night. Never again!

There was no elevator...would have been nice to have one.

This was our first time staying at the Days Inn and Suites and it will not be our last...great experience!

I have been at this location once before (April 2013) for business. The rooms were quiet. I had to change rooms because the A/C wasn't working, but the staff was helpful. Wifi worked good for the presentation I was finalizing. It needed some minor repair, breakfast was wiped out by 8am. It was good overall. I will try a new hotel with a higher rating, but may go back to this one again.

This hotel is in a busy area of the city. It has been updated but still needs a lot of TLC. Front desk person was friendly and accommodating. Room wasn't the best. Screws on top hinge on bathroom door were stripped or needed tightening. To close the door you needed to lift up on it to square it up. Sheets were pink but otherwise bedding was modern and comfortable. Television wasn't updated but worked OK. Breakfast was not the best for choices. Eggs were gone and no one was around to ask if there were more. If you aren't very picky this is an O. K. place to stay. Certainly not as good as some of the other reviews I've read.

Great stay. Suite type rooms. Two TV's. Close parking. Outside entry and inside access.

This motel is pretty good but needs some fixing up. The pool and hot tub looked clean and nice but we didn't use it so we really don't know. The room was big and spacous so it was easy to move around and try to get comfortable. They have a better than most hot breakfast that includes waffles, hot sausage, and scrabbled eggs along with juice, cereal, yogurt, and just about anything else you would want for a cold breakfast. They even have a manager's reception Monday to Thursday were they have a limited selection of free drinks - hope you like very cheap liquor. The location was good for us. It is about equal distance to downtown and the beach and is close to a large varitiy of restaurants and shopping. When they cleaned our room, they did a great job but for some reason they didn't clean it for 3 days in a row and we had to go ask that it be cleaned. The bed was comfortable and we got good nights sleep but the coach/hide-a-bed was broken and it made sitting on the coach to watch TV or do anything else very uncomfortable. We asked the front desk if they could do something about it and they said no. The staff was very pleasant and helpful (except for fixing the broken coach) but at times the hotel seemed understaffed and they might be able to use a little help in that area. After shopping this was about the best deal when we booked our reservation. But shop around if you are interested in saving money. I would probably recommend this place to a friend but I would certainly warn them about what to expect if I did.
