The apartment space was nice and the area was convenient. There were a couple of dead roaches in yhe kitchen and 2 of the kitchen drawers would not open. The floors had not been cleaned. Our feet were dirty after walking barefoot in apartment.

Property suited our needs for a quick business trip. Located in a nice area of town close to restaurants.

Upon entering the apartment, there was an extremely unpleasant odor. The ceiling fan was visibly covered in dust, and the AC vent cover was partially detached. In the bathroom, there was noticeable dirt along the molding, and the flooring appeared to be lifting.The blinds in the living room were broken and several were missing entirely. Most concerning, however, was the presence of hair on the bed sheets, which suggested that the bedding had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival.Given these conditions, I would strongly discourage others from booking this apartment. I would rate my experience a 2 out of 10. A 2 is because check is was easy.After sending messages and photos to owner nothing was done to help out. I even told him that there was no way we were staying there.

Loved it!

My family and I loved this apartment during our three night stay! It is cozy, comfortable, clean and all amenities were provided. We really enjoyed the location, being right in the middle of shopping, dining and close to downtown and the beach(Padre Island). We would definitely stay again!

Great place in a great area in Corpus. We enjoyed our time at this place and the host supplied plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the supplies we would need. We especially appreciated use of the garage to keep our vehicle out of the elements. We plan to use this same place in the future and would recommend highly. Thanks again.

Great place to stay

Nothing to complain about here. It was located on a nice side of town and we only had to drive a couple minutes to any store or restaurant. The apartment was pretty clean. They had all the utensils we needed when we cooked dinner so that was a plus. Check in and check out was simple. And for all the features that come with this property the price is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Short Stay

Property is in a condo/apartment style with a nice garage to keep the car out of conditions. Did notice quite a few bugs in and around the property. For those traveling with a pet there is an unleaded dog one building over, who didn’t really pose a problem but could be a deal factor. Other than that Dereck was very nice and accommodating. Instructions were very clear and it served its purpose for us.
