Fully equipped with everything you need to vacation in Port Aransas, Condo 202 has comfortable furnishings and excellent style. This condo has been recently renovated and is the perfect beach getaway. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, which makes it the ideal spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Your guests will also enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in their two bunk beds that are twin over full beds. The spacious living area provides plenty of space for your entire family. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa which also opens into a sofa sleeper. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. This beautifully decorated condo will be the ideal spot to enjoy the serenity of island life!

Prepare meals in the newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table awaits with seating for 6.

The living has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group to relax in to vacation mode with an enjoyable movie.

Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

I’m giving 2 stars because the view was great.This place promoted a king bed and a bunk room, there was no king bed onsite. The sheets on the queen bed were dirty. The floors were full of hair or maybe it was a shedding blanket, I don’t know. The elevator was down at one point. The unit smelled musty, and the sliding door on the patio was very challenging to lock. We had to call the front desk and they sent maintenance who asked us to slam it to make it work. The front desk was responsive but because these are individually owned their hands were clearly tied. They offered a 20% discount for the bed issue. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it. Very sad because the location and view is great!

This property is very spacious for a 2 bedroom / 2 baths. My family of 5 had plenty of room. We over pack everywhere we go and there is plenty of storage available and the luggage carts were appreciated. The condo is very close to the main door towards the beach and the walk way to the beach is short. So getting to the beach is super quick. We brought our wagon to carry all our beach stuff. We had a great time and will be back.

Quick family getaway

Our family vacation close to home was relaxing and enjoyable being so close to the beach and town. We would have loved for the pool to be working and open each day we were there, it wasn’t. My kids love the pool and for it to be closed one of the two days we were able to swim was disappointing.
