Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Casa Mallorca for a company-wide weekend getaway. The house hosted our 4 couples extremely well. Each room seemed to be its own private suite, while the common areas contained everything we could ask for. The Kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and utensils we could ask for, while the living/dining area accommodated our group to perfection. Can't wait to come back!

Mostly wonderful .. some glitches

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at CS for the past several years. We love the homes and community for our large group which is usually 6 adults and 6 children ages 17-10. After arriving at CS NORTH.. we were told our chairs would be set up on the South location.. which is a 35 min walk mainly because I had not reserved a month in advance. I was very surprised and disappointed that I did not have received a friendly reminder email re this! After some confusion and 2 days later our chairs were moved back to the North side. We did not have ice the entire 5 day stay.. even after a serviceman came to the house. The master bath had no rugs or shower mat which was a risk for falls. We were given only 3 large trash bags (fortunately I brought a couple) and we ran out of toilet paper. As mentioned above, we’ve stayed at CS many times and this was a first for having so many issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. The layout is perfect for large families. The oven never worked which was a problem. Two repair men came but were never able to repair. For the amount you pay to rent this house you REALLY need everything to be in working order. If we ever choose this house again will need to make sure oven is working before we arrive.

Fun Week with Extended Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was well equipped and has a great location. Easy to get to both the Dunes pool and across the boardwalk to the beach. We spent 5 nights and had a group of 9 with ages from 4 to 80+. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Since every bedroom has an en suite bathroom it makes getting ready very easy. Our only issue was with the Thermador oven and the property manager brought over a portable oven that did everything we needed it to. Turned out the Thermador was waiting on a part so it should be ready for the next group. We have spent time both along 30A (Rosemary and Seaside) and Gulf Shores. Each place has its positives and negatives. Cinnamon Shores is an easy 1 day drive from Oklahoma. Being able to take your golf cart directly to the beach and park it by your beach chairs was a huge plus for this group because it meant my older parents didn't have to walk as much. Also easier with small kids and bags full of beach stuff. My only wish for Cinnamon Shores is that they add a pedestrian only boardwalk because there were times I would have walked but having both golf carts and walkers on the same boardwalk was tricky at times. We would come again and definitely stay at the Casa Mallorca 306 HI.

They had not been cleaned up prior to our arrival. The house was nice.
