This pool side studio located on the 2nd floor has a private balcony overlooking the tropically landscaped pool area where you can watch a beautiful sunset and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. With 550 square feet this studio has a king sized bed and queen sofa sleeper and accommodates up to 4 people. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath. The living area includes a 55" TV for lounging inside this coastal retreat. With the beach just steps outside the front door, you can enjoy the beach or the pool.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.**
