-HEATED POOL: **only heated nov-april** PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB.

THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.





-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

Community set up surrounded by restaurants, ball fields, and an easy walk to the beach. Bring your own beach towels! The pool is small, like a cocktail pool, but you are not allowed to have drinks in it and it is not private- Side by side with other pools. The house is beautifully decorated and well furnished. The linens were lacking- few white towels and they had black marks on them, no beach towels, one kitchen towel. They wanted us to run the dishwasher but there was no detergent. Only one sponge in the kitchen to clean and wash dishes with. Need more regular size coffee mugs. Overall a good spot, just needs more attention to the details of what vacationers need.

The house itself was ok! Nothing special. Identifying it as a “pool” would have led me to believe you could swim or at least splash around in it! It was not long enough for a 6’ man to stretch out much less make a swim move. Nor was it a hot tub although it may have been heated! No one in my group had any desire to find out. Swim trunks were put away immediately.

This bungalow was great! We would definitely stay there again. You don’t have an ocean view but you do have easy access to the beach. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop deck gave us a front row seat. It was great having our own small very clean private pool. Great property!
