This ground level pool side studio has a private patio where you can easily access the pool area and the BBQ pits. With a queen sized bed and sofa sleeper this studio will accommodate up to 4 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps out the front door, you can enjoy the beach and the tropically landscaped pool area.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach,Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. Room was good for the price clean and good location the only complaints we had was the mattress on the bed was horrible you could literally feel the springs poking you, the hot water ran out really fast and the drain in the tub didn’t close all the way it leaked the water out so taking a bath was hard .

The location next to the beach with private boardwalk could not be beat. The bed was adequate and the AC worked well and quiet. The only quibble I have is with the miniscule bathroom, which would be a deal breaker for us for future stays

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well-maintained. Quiet hours were respected, which made for peaceful evenings, and the on-site security was friendly and helpful. The pool being covered at night felt safe and thoughtful. The AC worked well, and parking was super easy.Unfortunately, the stay was overshadowed by a few major issues. When we opened the pull-out bed, we found a live large roach inside. The host took a long time to respond and wasn’t able to offer a solution. The only solution was “request new sheets at the front.” We spotted more large roaches the following night, which was really unsettling. The pull-out mattress itself was also extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs all over.While we appreciated the location and amenities, the cleanliness and communication issues made this a disappointing experience overall.
