The home was marvelous! We searched for a house with an elevator and this house had a great unit. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean. We had 11 women sleeping here and it worked beautifully for us.

Family Easter

Great house for our 15 family members’ stay, plus we had 12 additional family members that came for dinner. Big plus were the bedrooms with baths and the large living area. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. We we’re only provided two extra trash bags for the 4 days and that is not sufficient at all! The AC for the first floor and the elevator were unfortunately was not working when we arrived, but the management company was right on top of it. The elevator was fixed right away by maintenance, but the AC could not be fixed y the AC company because parts were needed so they brought 2 window units that worked just fine for the weekend. Also, we had an unfortunate event happen on Saturday night - our son in laws Ford F250’s complete taillight assemblies were stolen, leaving only two wires hanging out. The police were called and came out and did a full report and even fingerprints. I mentioned this only for everyone to be aware and hopefully this won’t happen to them.

Fun stay in Port A

Great location. Property is well stocked and clean. Living area and kitchen is very spacious and perfect for a large group. Worked great for a group of families with teens as far as sleeping accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent here again.

Great House

Perfect Large Family Beach Retreat

We had an awesome 3 day stay. There are 15 of us varying in age from 10 to 77 and everyone had their own space (to include bathrooms). The 3rd floor living and kitchen area was ideal for our meals and games. We hope to stay here again!

Good time

The place was very nice. However, the last night the AC on second floor stopped working, but was fixed before all went to bed. One of the toilets on second floor was broke but we managed without calling anyone. No extra garbage bags so bring your own.

Disappointed and Owner doesn’t care

If you care about AC, Wi-Fi or watching the “Big Game”, don’t stay here. House was extremely warm causing most of our party of 16 to lose sleep the first night. Dish Satellite didn’t work on any of the TVs. We called property management who responded quickly. They called the owner who said we were doing something wrong and that he was in Canada so don’t bother him about it. Wi-fi signal really doesn’t exist. We ignored a negative review and reserved anyway. For almost $2,800 for a two night stay, definitely NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Awesome House

The property was wonderful- huge house with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Really large, Beautiful living room and kitchen. There were so many areas where people could sit and talk or play games or watch tv. Kitchen was equipped with all the dishes, glasses, pots, and pans you could ever need. Potential areas for improvement: The house sleeps eighteen, but the only refrigerator is not very large. We had a lot of food to feed 9 people for three days and it was hard to refrigerate everything. Also the toilet paper was thin and like sandpaper. The tv on the top floor would not work. It would turn on and show the direct TV guide but once u selected any program it would not play.

Great for families, be aware of layout for noise

This house was great for our extended family. It had an elevator which was great for a few family members with mobility issues. The main gathering/eating area is on the third floor which gives an amazing view, but also caused a lot of noise issues for us as we had young kids that woke up early in the morning and had to take naps. (Anyone moving on the top floor would make noise that could be heard throughout the house) I imagine this is probably a pretty common layout just hadn’t been something I’d considered. We loved all the individual bathrooms for each room, the quality laundry machines, and a well stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable!

Great size for a large group. Only issue we had was a drip from 2nd floor to 1st floor "apartment" called left message and used app. They did send someone to look at it, all they did was move the bed, kept the pot and towels on the floor where i put them.
