Nestled in the laid-back La Concha neighborhood, Aqua Dreams is your go-to pet-friendly beach retreat, just blocks from the sandy shores of Port Aransas. This beautiful, spacious home is designed for memory-making—whether you're traveling with family, friends, or your four-legged crew.
Cool off in your private pool, hang out under TWO poolside gazebos, and grill up your local catch on either of the two grills provided. There's also ample boat parking, so you can bring your boat and make the most of your Gulf Coast adventure. Inside, relax in comfort or head to the garage game room for a little shuffleboard, foosball, or late-night laughs. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck while soaking in gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. With room to spread out, space to entertain, and all the beachy extras—including boat parking, private pool, and pet-friendly vibes—Aqua Dreams is your slice of Port A paradise.

**We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday (depending on the weather), and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool.

Beach gear credit is included! Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-Numerous restaurants, nightlife spots, and tourist shops are about a 5-minute drive.
