It was clean but they don't know how to a bed without wrinkles I was very unhappy with the management because I had tried to bring my luggage, my elderly mom and her sister, who uses a walker, into the building in the pouring rain but the portico had 2 cars under it. One belonged to the owner (or manager) and one had people just sitting in it eating and would not move. So I got soaking wet along with the luggage. Would not recomend to anyone

We were late check in on a Friday after work. So we just stay for the night and leave after breakfast. We have no time to use any facilities. Wish next visit can stay longer.

Rooms very comfortable, clean and well kept. Up to date shower enclosure. Breakfast was OK but Tim Horton is next door for more.

The staff was nice but we chose the place because we really wanted to sit in the hot tub (featured on the website) after spending several days hiking and then driving - we had sore muscles and that's why we booked the hotel. The pool was broken and the hot tub didn't exist - we were VERY disappointed.

This is a great choice for a hotel just off the 401 in Canada. We were coming from Montreal and Cornwall is the first town in Ontario. There is only a Tim Horton's next door and a gas station. But just down the road about a couple of miles are plenty of choices for dinner and shopping. I thought the price was high for this type of hotel, but most of the hotels in Canada seem to be overpriced as well. We ate at Kelsey's in Cornwall, which is a chain but had great food. The free morning breakfast was typically small but they had coffee and muffins. The best choice was the fresh batter for the waffle iron, don't miss it.
