The place was clean and they made sure I had the kind of room I Wanted. They made exception for my wife.
Would prefer a door into a hallway instead of outside. Night and morning contact with staff was through a small night window. That seemed sketchy, though there were plenty of open businesses around it. Room was very nice, very comfortable. Great stuff near by.
After this experience, I like nothing of the property. True, I apparently "accidentally" booked a smoking room, which I would never do given our asthmatic child, and I also understand that they did not have another nonsmoking room to offer as they were booked. However, I politely asked about a refund and was denied. I understand I booked under a "no-refund" policy, but this smoking room stunk so badly of tabacco/pot mixture that it was ridiculous. You may think I am just being bitter, but given the circumstances, I would think that the good customer service of granting the refund is a better option than the alternative, which is my bad review that will likely turn away at least one room booking or more in the future. I'll let the future potential customer decide if I'm just being a sour grape. We did not wish to "cancel" the booking and even visited the room to see how bad the smell was, and so this really was a case of my mistaken booking where the hotel manager then has the option to either show some sympathy or choose pocketing the short term $100 for the booked room (I don't even know, but it is possible they rebooked later and did not even lose money), or take the $100 loss as a business in the interest of customer service and reputation that would gain then certainly more than $100 in bookings in the future. They made their decision, so beware!
The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels. The water pressure could stand to be a little harder, but all in all, it was a nice stay.

I chose this place because the good rating. I’m not sure how they got 4/5 overall. The staff was nice at check in but the room was definitely rough and shotty workmanship. There were stains on the sheets and towels and hair on the bath towels. Breakfast was ok but definitely an afterthought.
Very nice and price is reasonable need to improve on the free breakfast

Just needed a room for the night, after a long day at Dragoncon, this one was perfect for that purpose

The room was very nice..had mini fridge, microwave, iron & coffee pot. Very clean rooms, very friendly staff. Close to interstate and shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends..
This is great a motel: friendly staff, clean room, and quiet peaceful restful sleep. The continental breakfast was only negative: no cream cheese for the bagels, no decaf coffee, and no hot water nor any tea. But if we are ever in Conyers again, we are staying at the Jameson on Dogwood..

We needed an early check in and staff happily accommodated us. Room was clean. Desk clerk provided exceptional customer service.
The hotel was in the best place. It was close to everything, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta. We drove into Atl for the baseball games, but didn't have to contend with traffic daily. We thought our room would have a refrigerator and microwave, but it didn't. It did have a coffee maker though. There was construction out on the interstate, but we didn't really hear it in our room. Everyone was so nice too.
