It is a very convenient and quiet area, a very nice neighborhood just a few minutes from I-45 and the hospitals in The Woodlands. This house has wide spaces that provide a lot of tranquility and a large backyard to enjoy with the family or with your pets. It has a garage for two cars and outside you can park up to 04 more cars.

Disappointing stay with host who doesn't care

We arrived to this property late evening. AC was on in winter. 56 inside with no running water. Host did not respond until next morning and finally turned water on. We couldn't brush teeth, use toilet, wash hands, take shower... Home was organized but stains on carpet, cold air coming through back door, and fence in back yard had gaps that our small dog could get through. The owner NEVER wanted to supply his phone number so we could talk. I provided mine but he would never call me. He only responded through VRBO site and never in a timely manner. We left the property early due to multiple issues. I contacted VRBO directly and only then did the owner want to cooperate but still was hesitant to reimburse a portion of our payment for the house issues. I would never recommend this property or any places this owner might have available. Look elsewhere!
