It was nice that the hotel has restaurants close by. The hotel inside needs to update on painting and bedding. Pillows were way too low on feathers.
The cleaning ladies where so kind. 2 of the front desk workers where very nice.. I also wanted to know about getting free nights. I’ve stayed there for over 2 weeks this month and I have never gotten any rewards or even free nights. The Best western gives me free night . You stay 2 night 1 free. I stayed close to 3 weeks and nothing.
A bit older and it shows, but maintained as well as possible. Not dirty. Breakfast not great; rubbery eggs
Mildew on bed skirt and floor had terrible odor. Clean every where else just over looked this.
rooms had a strange stale odor.... got lock out of room several times.
The room was comfortable and neat and appeared clean. I do wish cleaning staff at all motels would do a better job at wiping down (with disinfectant wipes) door handles, door facings, bathroom sink handles and any other items frequently touched by human hands. I normally bring my own disinfectant wipes to motels and do that myself. Loud and drunk people came into the motel corridors at small hours of the night making noise returning to their rooms, but you can hardly blame motel staff for that. Front desk gentleman that checked me in and out was very nice and helpful. I appreciate that. I did not eat breakfast because the breakfast area was so small and crowded and did not accommodate the crowds well so I gave up after a few attempts. I did get some juice and was disappointed that it was watered down. It was obvious the juice had been diluted with water. I threw it away after one sip. That is a pet peeve of mine and I think that any motel that does that is cheap and greedy in my opinion and could potentially destroy obtaining repeat business from their customers. Yes, one small thing like watering down the juice! Personally, I will never forget that. Hopefully the food items were fresh but I can't comment since I did not eat any. So, there were pros and cons regarding my one night stay.
We stayed 3 nights. Beds were ok, rooms and hotel seemed very clean. Breakfast was, well about average for free breakfast. Overall I was pleased.
My husband and needed a quick get away. We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel did not meet our expectation for a Days inn &Suites. Breakfast was poor. No place to sit in Kitchen. Hotels needs renovation. I would not reccomend this hotel to a friend or family. I would reccommed Baymount & Suites.
It was a great place to stay for the price. I was not disappointed in anything to do with my stay. I would definitely stay there again. It was convenient and clean.
This hotel is convenient to anything needed in the Conroe, and the Woodlands area. It is right next to the I-45 Highway. We were able to get a room at the far end of hotel, so we did not have any issues with road noise or hotel noise. All went well here, will stay again. Hotel was clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good, restuarants within walking distance.
We were visiting family and for the price the rooms were great. Nothing fancy, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was not extremely friendly - but were responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay again.
